If you are looking for outstanding customer service, look no further! At Harrington Hoch you are not treated as a means to an end; a number or a commission, here you are treated like a valued customer. They know our name, they follow our policies, they contact us if something changes, we don't have to "find out too late" or leave message after message and wait for a possible return call! I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I specifically deal with Tim & Marcie, but I am certain the entire staff follows their lead!

If you’ve been stuck in huge corporate insurances that really don’t save you money and completely disconnect you from human interaction, I would recommend you try Harrington Hoch. I’ve found the few dollars I might have saved with huge, sterile companies cannot replace the kind people at Harrington Hoch and their willingness to help. They live and work locally. They hire locally. They pay local taxes. We both win. Just to add, Debbie Robinson is great!

I have had my insurance with Harrington-Hoch for many years. Debbie Robinson and the team at Harrington-Hoch have always treated me and my family as one of their own. One of many examples-Several years ago my mother and father were involved in a serious accident with a non-licensed driver. Debbie and her team handled every detail with professionalism and care! Allowing me and my family to focus on my father and his recovery! Couldn’t ask for ANY better.....Debbie is truly the best!!!!
