Would not recommend. Buying cars is stressful and it is always hard to know who to trust. We trusted them and did not find integrity. The process was a mess and we went against our better judgement. The whole process was stressful and we are very dissatisfied. The car we got has been a money pit from day one and they have been no help. Do not trust this agency!!

I bought a 2007 Honda Ridgeline from them and when they were delivering it the engine blew up. Then they told me they would replace the engine and with an engine with a lot less miles. They did and then delivered it. It’s had a problem ever since but thankfully I had warranty. The 2 year warranty expired in May and the mechanic I took it to said this “The problem is the inter tubes are leaking oil fouling the spark plugs out . valve cover Inner tubes leaking they need to be replaced when they replace the engine they didn't remove the old seals.”
So now I’m having to pay out of pocket when they didn’t do the write thing the 1st time. This is ridiculous.
Do not use them!

We have purchased cars through MATS twice and have been very happy with both. They talk with you to help determine what you need and then find it for you, which gives such peace of mind to someone like me without much knowledge about cars. We also had an issue with the truck they got us, and so they found us another and traded it back. Great customer service from your first phone call to delivery of your vehicle.

We’re getting another minivan through MATS and both times have been enjoyable. They go above and beyond to find you the right car and don’t pressure you into a decision. Definitely recommend going with them.

We LOVE buying our vehicles from MATS! We just purchased a third car from them. They are kind, helpful and professional to work with. They buy quality cars and then fix them up, if necessary. They sell them at competitive prices and even have an exchange policy. You can see all the photos online and they will send videos as well. Best of all, they will deliver the vehicle to you (for a small fee). Where else can you get all of that? Check them out!

I cannot say enough good things about MATS!! They made the whole process so easy and simple. They answered my million and one questions in a timely manner and I also loved the fact they had ZERO hidden fees. They sent me the exact cars I was looking for with an extremely detailed breakdown of all the pros and cons on EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE I was interested in. I will never purchase another car anywhere else!!

What a JOKE!!! STEER CLEAR!!!!!! OF THESE FREAKING WEIRD Shysters!!!! Missionary work oh my!!! A 2013 car with 236,000 miles on it?!?!!? For 13,500!!!! Wow!!!! All these cars are so old and so overly priced and the ones that aren’t are like 20 and $30,000. I saw a $23,000 car that was a 2018 come on. And I bet it is a good place to work shyster Rick Shepherd!!!! Bunch of scam artist wow! And this Jeep?!?!! a salvage title?!?!?! I hope God takes his wrath on all of you!!!! A 2017 jeep renegade that has a salvage title?!? What in the heck for $18,500 are you freaking kidding me!!!! No wonder there’s so many scarred people who want nothing to do with church people!!!! You guys are all scumbags!!!

I didn’t understand at the start that MATS really wants you to fully trust that their car expert will find the best car for you in your price range without you asking lots of questions. When I began doing some of my own comparison shopping, I was told I was not a good match for the service. It was also during that process I discovered the significant extra cost one would pay for the service. Seemed to me like $2000 to $3000 over a high-end local seller like CarMax for a similar car.
MATS may be just perfect for some people especially if you are in a rush. It really would be simple to have a car delivered right to your door. I only wish they would make it more clear at the beginning about both the no-questions-asked nature of the service and the extra costs. If you have time to comparison shop locally and have a relationship with a local mechanic, you may do better with a high-end local seller and end up with a better guarantee. You need to consciously make the trade-offs for your particular situation and capacity.

We bought a car through MATS four years ago before our third child was born. Being able to tell them what we needed and then just have them call us a few days later having found exactly what we wanted, trusting that it would be looked over and run perfectly when it was delivered, getting a good trade-in value, counting on them ever since for professional service (and honest advice even when we don't use their service) has been such a relief. We just don't have to worry about car stuff at all.
