Becky - AKA: Veterinarian was so Knowledgeable, Kind, & Patient with Us. Parents for the 1st time & having a puppy can sometimes be overwhelming; We want to be the Best parents we can be! Becky answered ALL our questions & did Not make Us feel stupid, which I truly appreciated!Would most definitely recommend TLC!!!!!

The prices are definitely more reasonable than some other places. It’s however hard to get appointments sometimes.

TLC Pet Hospital has been the best place for my little dog Trey. They saved his life by offering us treatments when our other vet wanted to put him down. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to give their pet the best medical treatment and care anywhere. The Vets and their staff are the best around.

We have been really happy with TLC Pet Hospital. We took our cats here for a couple years and everyone was always friendly and everything went smoothly. Most recently, TLC helped us get our cat ready to move cross country, and they helped out so much! I would say they went above and beyond what I expected.

I moved to Richmond 4 years ago and in the process noticed a small Calico cat abandoned by our neighbors. The thought of her having more kittens to become strays in the alleyways disturbed me so my husband and I took her in. We had her spay and all her vaccinations were completed by Logue's TLC Pet Hospital. They were kind, professional and caring. Fast forward to this past month 4 years later where Callie a healthy loved indoor cat was experiencing an odd oral clicking noise and bloody drool. Rapid weight loss and over all lethargy. I made an appointment right away with Dr Becky and she delivered the bad news with such compassion I was truly blown away. Callie had developed a tumor under her tongue. They DID NOT badger me to do expensive biopsy's or unnecessary tests and spend massive money. She told me it could be a benign cyst OR it was very possible it could be SCC (an aggressive cancer). She gave me information about SCC to research at home. She gave Callie an antibiotic and a steroid and said... let's wait and see.After a week, it was clear to me that Callie had the later of the two and it was getting much worse. Last Saturday I called the front desk at 10 after 8am and explained the situation. The front desk staff member Julie, was so kind and compassionate on the phone and told me she would work me in at 10:30 to see Dr. Becky. I took Callie in knowing that her time was limited and after Dr. Becky examined her the complete and utter look of sorrow on her face told me that we needed to get her out of her pain. There was no sense in prolonging the inevitable. I will never forget Dr Becky's kindness as well as the rest of the staff from the technician that helped her, to the front desk staff that day.There are several reviews on here of ridiculously demanding people with unfounded complaints. I for one, am grateful to this staff of well trained, compassionate, caring Dr's and vet techs who give a lot of themselves to do the best they can for your animals.Thank you again Dr. Becky and staff for making Callie and my experience the very best it could be in an overwhelmingly sad time. I appreciate you.

TLC is great! The Logues take time to explain everything and provide estimates for procedures. The staff are kind and efficient. Having a front desk kitty is a double bonus!

Why be open when a doctor isn't on duty? I get to sell meds and such, but when you're open, you should have a vet on duty too. No need to talk about this. I've read the smart a$$ comments made by this office too. Very unprofessional. Maybe your office manager can manage to have a vet there when open. I just moved back to the area. My dog had a possible obstruction, and this needed to be taken care of immediately. I dont have an account with you. I was searching for a vet, and I called for help. As for talking in person, there is no need for that. Our paths will cross.

This place truly will take care of your animals! Taken both dog and cat for wide range of things neutered, shots, glands, test. They are so informative and have a genuine interest for your fur babies. I believe the prices match their quality of care! What you pay is truly what you get, which is quality techs and doctors, best services, information, and after care instructions. They make setting up the appointment easy and never had to wait! I called Friday 15 mins before closing and I was an emotional wreck as my dog was having gland issues! They reassured me, gave me helpful insight, and was able to schedule me for Wednesday and even stated to call Monday or Tuesday if it’s an emergency to see if any one canceled! I truly recommend this place if you want quality and beyond amazing staff.

We had a medical emergency and chose to go to TLC our cat died on the way there and when we arrived at the clinic there was no Vet on site. Granted our cat died on the way but the fact that this vet advertised as an emergency facility was a disappointment. Post reply I was not confused It says on the front page we provide emergency care. And you have Hospital in the name

Had a great experience getting my first dog spayed. The very next week, my other dog was neutered. Unfortunately, they both had fleas. Multiple staff talked to me condescendingly and acted as if I was ignorant. I have many things going on and I tried a new means of parasite care which obviously didn't work. Things happen, im human!Just for the record, We have 27 animals which I vaccinate myself, except for those things I can't do legally, but all are up to date.I will definitely not be bringing anymore of my animals here. Too bad because their sterilization follow ups seemed to be great.
