So far so good. They helped me get an appt. sooner than later and the vet, Dr. Abby was wonderful. She really took her time to hear my dog's pretty long journey from the last 3 weeks and talked through everything with me. We haven't figured everything out yet but I'm very comfortable that my dog is in good hands.

I’ve waited awhile to write a review because I discovered TLC Pet Hospital after a horrible experience with another vet clinic and I had to have 2 sick kitties put to sleep in the same year. Dr. Logue was honest and caring when explaining my cat’s medical condition. He did not recommend unnecessary treatment to take more money from me. All of the staff was compassionate when I had to have my cat euthanized because of cancer and when I returned a month later with my other cat who was sick in old age. I appreciate them all very much and will be returning with my other animals when they need a veterinarian. They also spayed my 5 year old dog that I just adopted from Help the Animals and she recovered nicely. Thank you all at TLC!!!

The younger behind the counter is very rude!! If we need to call ahead for flea medicine then that is fine. However, you do not have to be rude. When you speak to a customer you should look at them and politely explain. Again politely. I am guessing since this is a family business and that is how she has her job. I know several people voiced their comments to me about rudeness and taking their animals somewhere else because of it. Thankfully I will not have to deal with this rudeness. You act like you are scolding your customers. Be polite!!!!!!!

They did a terrific job so far with my pet could not believe the hospitality in family like atmosphere from the staff the techs and especially the doc it's a great place to take your pet and affordable to when I couldn't find a good veterinarian to take my pet to this is the place to take yours to they're great five stars and more

We have been clients with TLC for over ten years and never had an issue until now. Our dog tore open a large mass on her body and had a gaping hole. I called them right away and was told to send pictures, which I did showing how bloody and large the hole was. We were still told it wasn't very serious and they would get us in Friday and we should just keep it covered. This happened on a Monday. Come Wednesday, her wound is visibly infected, she is in severe pain, and we are struggling to keep her bandaging dry because this thing is draining so much fluid. We take her to the emergency vet who cleans it out, gives her antibiotics, pain meds, etc....much more than TLC ever offered. I call them to say "her wound is infected. Can you please see her sooner so we can hopefully book a surgery as soon as possible." I'm told "no, that's the soonest we have. Keep doing what you're doing." Fast forward to Friday, her bandages weren't even fully removed during her "exam" and I'm told "that's nasty. We'll get you in for surgery as soon as we can but we're booked full. We'll call Monday with a date." MY DOG HAD AN INFECTED HOLE IN A MASS HANGING OFF HER BODY and they acted like this was no big deal and gave me a surgery date THREE WEEKS AFTER THE ACCIDENT. We took her to another vet who said "this needs to be off her body immediately so she can heal. We are busy too but I will squeeze her in first thing tomorrow so she can start to get better." A vet I have never been to before did more than the vet we have been customers with for years. I'm extremely disappointed and will never recommend TLC again.

Becky - AKA: Veterinarian was so Knowledgeable, Kind, & Patient with Us. Parents for the 1st time & having a puppy can sometimes be overwhelming; We want to be the Best parents we can be! Becky answered ALL our questions & did Not make Us feel stupid, which I truly appreciated!Would most definitely recommend TLC!!!!!

The prices are definitely more reasonable than some other places. It’s however hard to get appointments sometimes.
