If I could give negative stars I would. They went to an extreme measure to make me believe they were selling me a completely solid truck, but that was not the case. I have had this truck for 5 months and haven't been able to even put 1,000 miles on it yet because it is in the shop every week. I have had to spend almost $5,000 in mechanical issues with the truck, including the fact he sold me a truck with a really bad frame and I could be dead right now because of it. I have paid more than what he was asking for the truck, all that's left is the interest he added onto it, but he won't even drop that much and give me the title for the thousands extra I've had to put in it and instead of doing what was right by either fixing the truck or dropping the interest from it, he decided to talk very disrespectful to me and laugh in my face and call the cops on me after I left to say I assaulted him. So now I'm out almost $12,000 on a $4,000 truck and have a battery charge from dealing with this crook!!! Do not believe anything he says about doing people right and having integrity and all that bullocks because he only cares about money and will put your family in a wreck waiting to happen if it means a pay check for him!!!

This dealership sells dangerous unroadworthy vehicles on a regular basis to its customers. The owner is highly dishonest and deceptive in his business conduct. Please take my advice and go elsewhere Richmond and surrounding areas. They should be forced to remove the name Integrity from their business name.Don't get taken look elsewhere.

If I could give a negative star rating I would do yourself a favor and find another dealer this guy shouldn't even have a dealer's license. You can hire an SEO firm to fluff up your ratings but the real story is this is an ongoing scam in the community.

it's been almost 7 months I have been without a car they but me in an Acadia which I had to return the next day because the transmission was bad they then said we have you a traverse your going to like just checking it over since then it's been 3 months and guess what still no car now they are trying to get me to take a car they know I don't want and they are refusing to give my money back so I can go else where what a great way to treat people

On my second car from this amazing business. I love everyone that works here. Neither of the cars I have got have failed me. I traded in my first car for another and was given an amazing offer. And after I pay this new one off I will be coming back for a truck! Cheap weekly payments. Cars in almost new condition. Very friendly staff. Treats you like family. I could stay there for hours talking to anyone that works there. It's also a mechanic shop! So if anything does go wrong you can take it to the same place and they will look everything over. Never had a bad experience. Going on 1 year and 6 months! I recommend them to everyone! Thank you Integrity! Keep up the amazing work!!
