I was told my state refund wluldnt be touched for the H&R payment owed but it was and my electric was cut off for 2 days because of it. If i disnt have good friends it would atill be off. So thats why im tmrating it a 1 because there was no reason to lie. If i had been told that truth i could have figured something out before my electric was cutt off.

Taxes done. Advance supposed to be given. Card is being declined and it says my return was rejected. Does not make any sense.
