“So I haven't been to the store but I will be soon. I was genuinely impressed today wen I called and the operator confirmed for me that this store has a Big and Tall Department. So when that person transferred me to that department no one could pick up my call so I hung up. About 10 minutes later I get a callback from Richmond and its the Men's Department at Dillard's following up from my missed call! Bottom line is that the gentlemen who called could confirm that they had the products I was interested in so now I can drive to Richmond from Indy confident that the hour there and back is worth it. FYI, I shop on line too but sometimes it really helps to go in the store and try on big and tall clothing. Appreciate this level of customer service!”
“Was greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked if I needed help finding anything, which I did. The employee took me directly to what I was looking for! Seemed to be a little less expensive than some other stores. Overall a very good experience.”
“Great store for a variety of animal feed and products. Cute outdoor decor. Power tools and outdoor tools of all kinds. Helpful and friendly staff. Cheaper alternative to buying propane as they fill your tank so you aren't wasting any propane.”
“On 12/12/2022 I had a couple prescriptions to pick up one being my testing supplies. There was an issue with my insurance where it was to soon for my texting stips to be filled(12/23/2022) so Mr. Jimmy and staff filled a 25 count to get me free of charge knowing the severity of my situation if I didn't have them I was speechless and grateful for what they did. Absolutely amazing and beautiful thing a pharmacy could do. Thank y'all so much for all ya do for all of us whomever uses Walmart Pharmacy”
“I don't particularly like the new layout of the registers, and I feel like prey being stalked by predators sometimes when using self checkout but not always! LOL... Unfortunately, I understand the reasons why but I still don't like it!!”
