I will try to keep this short. As a lifelong resident I watched this CVS over the years go from a clean, organized store to what it has become today. With that being said I needed to pick up a few items that I did. Up on approaching the check out registers I encounter Timothy who appeared to be working on something. Now I stood there the only one in front of him for a period of time that I believe was long enough to be acknowledged. After not being acknowledged I ask Timothy which register do I need to use to pay for this? (the counter area was in disarray and I could not tell which of the registers were open) He immediately with aggression drops whatever it was in his hand and says "this one right here" and I let him know that I could leave the products here if he is that bothered by me wanting to pay for them. He mumbled something and scanned the items gave me a total and I reluctantly went ahead with the purchase. I did let Timothy know that it seems if he did not want to be disturbed or interrupted maybe he should close part of the counter and leave a designated register marked for customers to approach. He ask if I needed a receipt and I said yes, I would not want to get accused of theft after I walk out of here. I let him know that I really hope his day gets better. I think that gives you a short description of what happen. Now I don't frequently shop at CVS because I have several drug stores that are near my home. I did however have a script sent there last month that could not be found anywhere else in town and it is coming due to be refilled. I pondered with moving all of our prescriptions' there because your Pharmacist let me know CVS normally always has this particular medication in stock and I do like to have everything at one location. I know it really isn't going to affect your business per say but I will not refill that script or any other script there and will not recommend anyone looking for a pharmacy to visit that store.

Senior employees are great and extra helpful, always so kind. Everyone else is just doing their job (can’t blame them, though) but they do it friendly (so can’t complain either). The only thing I’ve noticed after frequenting this specific CVS is that some employees cannot do simple math. When I’m asking to verify a 30 percent off coupon was used on a pretty hefty total, and they say yes bc “it took off fifty cents”… yikes. I don’t argue, I just pay it, say thank you, lose my coupon, go on my way, where I complain about it at home. Or here on Google reviews …

The pharmacy is a Joke!! The pharmacists are rude and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, refills aren't ready even a week after you order them, scripts get canceled, they won't answer questions, on and on. The pharmacists need fired Immediately. It's scary to think that these ignorant people are filling medications for people. RUN from this pharmacy!!!

20 minute wait for a scheduled vaccine ? the reason for 3 stars is because the pharmacist administered the vaccine cautiously and caring.

No longer offer drive through and you have to go in. Poster on drive thru window states 10-6 and closed Sundays. I went inside and waited 30 minutes they had the gate closed and wouldn't eknowledge customers. Rudest pharmacy and dirty store.

I am writing this review 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for a Covid booster, and I was here 5 minutes early. When I got my flu shot at Kroger they took us back right away. Better bring a book with you or better yet, go elsewhere.

I am transferring prescriptions here from another store, and so far, I am pleased with the service. I wish I can get help with the Pharmacy Rewards on the app.

Mike was awful rude to every customer he talked to. Very unprofessional to multiple people who asked for help at the photo center. And he started to treat a customer poorly after he realized she was paying with food stamps

Terrible pharmacy. They'll sit for days on a prescription. Sometimes only filling it after you call asking why it isn't ready days after being called in. Thanks for caring about people and getting their medications to them in a timely manner.
