This is my 2nd new vehicle from Cronin. I had a great experience with Jacob. He was a new salesman so I was a tad skeptical, but he did an amazing job. I am picky with features but he was very patient. I went in with 2 vehicles in mind and left with something entirely different. I will be back when it's time to upgrade again!!

I will start this review with a positive. We have dealt with Drew numerous times buying a car. He is amazing to work with! However, our recent visit will more than likely be our last time dealing with Cronin. We found a car we were ready to buy. As always, Drew went above and beyond for us but unfortunately the “upper management” informed him that because we wanted to buy with cash, we would be charged $1500 extra for not financing with them directly. What a joke. We will take our cash somewhere else. Sad day when you finally reach a point in your life where you have worked hard enough to buy something without financing it only to be told you will be penalized.
If you are looking for a good sales person, Drew is fantastic, but the sales leadership is a joke.
