Easy to find location off the highway for a quick stop to sleep. Service was exceptional! Rooms are very no frills but for a budget friendly place, it was serviceable.

I recently stayed at the cozy garden inn and I was completely impressed by the quality and impressive service. The rooms have been remodeled and are very clean and comfortable. The entire experience has been upgraded from previous stays as far as environment and guest safety and quality of service and hospitality. Good Job .....

Well I'm here to let everyone know that for sure, this place has done a 360... for its Best. Yes I've seen many administrative issues in the past, but the staff now is definitely has turned this place around. All the situations have been handled and delt with accordanly. The establishment has changed staff, and it's under new management, the new owner and his staff have been working extremely hard to change and turn this place around and can I say it's definitely has been for the better.. This is the main reason I'm doing this review..I hate to see that this new staff pays for the mistakes and issues of the old staff... I send my blessings and Respect to the new staff.. One thing I will say you will not find a place for the price in the area with the kind quick service and Respect like the cozy Garden Inn.... I will stay again if I'm ever in town again.

Don't stay in this hotel unless you want to be assaulted by the miscreants that inhabit there. .Total drug Haven. I am currently trying to contact the owner. The check in person said he did not even know their number or name. I'm persistent and will get in touch with them.
Walkability: I wouldn't walk around there without security. It's a great value only if you want to be shot, stabbed or physical assaulted. 3/6 still can't get ahold of owners.

Decent rooms... being upgraded by new management... new staff.. service also improving.. and good locations right off the exit with so many restaurants around and super stores in a driving distance..

The room had a musty smell and wasn't cleaned well. The sheets were questionable, I slept in my sleeping bag that I had with me.

I booked my room on Expedia, and the office manager couldn't figure it out. I had a lot of trouble communicating with him because he barely spoke English. When I finally got into a room, it was dirty. The sheets had what looked like coffee poured all over them, and cigarette holes and poop stains on them. I went back to the office and asked for clean sheets, and they replaced them. Then, about 9 pm, what I assume is someone who works there knocked on my door and said the office manager needs you to come to the office with your credit card.... so I got dressed and went back to the office and had to prove yet again where I had already paid for the room. It was very irritating to have to deal with the incompetence of the staff there after working all day. I don't expect much for a cheap room, but I do expect it to be clean. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. There were loud people in the parking lot until 2 am. I think I would have slept better in my pickup truck at a rest area vs this place. I have it marked as don't stay here again.

Nice little room- I got a comfy King bed with 3 pillows. Everything was clean, plenty of counter space for my stuff. Lots of restaurant options close-by. Ice machine in the main building. Breakfast was decent. The manager was friendly. Good value for the price.

They have phone's in there rooms but none work. I tired several times putting in the room number as the recording told me but just kept ringing. Finally I called the front desk and was told by the lady who answered the phone that they don't have phones in the rooms. She told me to call them on their cell phone and I explained they don't have cell phone. She would not even go to the room and give them a message. Come to find out there is phones in the rooms they just don't work! Why have a answering system then. There was no alarm clock and most of the electricity outlets didn't.Walkability: MCDONALD'S

Close to lots of food options. You get what you pay for, the rooms need work, but we only stayed for the night, So it was great for that. We were really looking forward to using the pool. But the pool is not filled very disappointed about that. Continental breakfast....dry cereal and prepackaged muffins. .... lock was busted on our door, didn't feel very safe and had already switched rooms once....

This little motel is in the middle of everything. Culver's and a mini mart are stone throw and several other dining est are in view...all a big plus.Room 314 - Very muggy when I entered so it smelled slightly. But within 15 min and the door closed the a/c took care of everything. The A/C is your standard motel one - so slightly loud but I've heard lots worse.Occasionally a train goes by but it is not loud...slow mover.TV, fridge, and microwave, though no desk. Small flat screen with limited stations.For the price - it doesn't get any better as I made my reservation online 1/2 hr earlier. I had to get my credit card run again...I wasn't quite sure why, but the attendant seemed to assure me all was well...if I do end up being charged twice, I'll make a note.All and all I'm real grateful after an 8 hour drive...
