Store only had a few customers in there. And there was 4 employees all talking and playing on thier phones not offering or helping anyone. Will never go back

Customer service is all automated.
7 times I called (2 hours) just to ask simple question about said location to get connected to 5 different agents to put me back on hold after they said they transfer me to the store.
Is it really so hard to talk to a local store rep.
