Todd and the guys saved my day! I accidentally hit wiper switch with my coat sleeve when I started the car.. before I could turn wipers off, one wiper blade got flung off from the frozen window. I stopped at AutoZone to ask if they could put it back on for me. Turns out it had a broken missing piece on the arm. Todd had things back to right in a matter of minutes. I couldn't have done it myself, even with the directions. Best customer service at this store. ? Thanks guys!

Worst day of the year to have a wiper blade shred. Torrential rain, wind, with some snow mixed in. I pulled into AutoZone and explained what I needed and that I’d put them on myself once I got home. Mike Crocker refused- he said it’s what I do regardless of the weather. Thank You so much! You could’ve let me drive off and figure it out myself. Your top-notch service is so very much appreciated!
