“I came in with a very pleasent and friendly lady at the counter. In less five min. my car went back getting all new tires and alinement done. The cost for my tires and alinement was lower than in anyone else in Richmond. They said it would be done in two hours and it was less than that. They brought my car out and it drove great. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and nice. I will always be coming back. Thanks for a job well done!”
“We ran over something on the highway with our six kids in the car. We called AAA who basically blew us off and couldn’t find anyone near us. Not only did these guys come immediately when they heard we had a bunch of kids, they came in two trucks and drove us to the hotel, helped us get our things from our car, and dropped off our car after we got what we needed. They were super quick, very polite, and incredibly helpful. Cannot recommend them enough!”

“I called with a last minute job on my 2002 suburban. These guys saved my bacon. I travel like a truck driver and on a permitted route with an oversized load. so getting my truck in when it is having issues usually means the loss of the load and long periods waiting on open slots. These guys got my ac compressor swapped in and out and making cool air the same day I got there. Near closing to boot. They were able to get me in and out and I was able to keep moving with my load without missing out. Knew their stuff and had parts waiting for me when I got there. 10/10 highly recommend. They didn’t break my bank and I couldn’t be happier. Super accommodating for my little pupper as we waited. Had my truck in a shop the day prior and Knuckle Busters were able to solve the issue in literally 1/2 the time were as the other shop ate 3 hours and lied about having available parts. I marked this spot for if I’m ever in a predicament and in the area again. Thanks Knuckle Busters.”

“I've been told that when people go here they don't go anywhere else but assumed it was an exaggeration. Well, I just went there to get my impala looked at and now I know it's not. I finally found the mechanics I can trust! I was having power steering issues and took my car in and dropped it off. They took the time to examine my car, find the issue, and determine the part I needed. Then they quote me an amazingly good price to fix it. I couldn't afford to do it immediately but am definitely going back soon. The most amazing part, when I went to pick my car back up, they didn't charge me a cent. They inspected the car and found the issue and everything for free! You won't find mechanics better than these guys. If you were on the fence, I hope this review gives you the push you need.”

“Went over to Christopher's this morning with a friend who has had work done there in the past. His rates are very competitive. I need a a heater core installed and I have the part myself but I need the car towed over there so it's going to be there for at least a week before it can get worked on. But so far everything is great and I will come back to write another review to follow up”

“I rolled in at 5pm the day before a holiday with a locked up emergency brake, desperate. The brothers dropped what they were doing, put it on a lift, and made it safe to drive until a proper repair could be made. These guys are a credit to the neighborhood. They're honest and good at what they do.”
“Had our Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 truck service done here at Wetzel Chevrolet and they did a great job. The crew who work here are super friendly. The waiting room is nice but, they do not have free beer. Just free water. I ask for a cold beer just about every time I go and not once have they had one. Maybe one of these days they will, lol .”
“I always say it is easier buying a house than a car and most agree with me. However, Brenden was great to deal with. He did most of the leg work prior to me driving 2 hrs to the dealership and made sure that we would be able to make the deal work at the numbers I was looking for. When I arrived everything was ready to go and I was in and out in less than 60 mins. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was very nice and they all were fast which is appreciated these days.
