I started out really liking this company. I needed SR22 insurance because I had just gotten my license back after a suspension. They got me a plan for myself until I got my car. When I got my car, I went out there to add it onto my insurance, the agent, Diana Patmore added the car, I paid and double checked that the amount was correct.I asked her if that paid me in full and if she was sure more than once, she reassured me that was what I owed to keep insurance until July 3rd. I then received a call on June 13th to pay $50 that nobody in the office knew for what. I was told they’d call me back and they never called back so I called the main office and spoke to an agent in Terre Haute who was wonderful. She made some calls and figured out what had happened. They waited two weeks before my insurance was to run out for a payment they didn’t tell me I owed so I would have to pay for the SR 22 for another 6 months. They had a credit card on file and didn’t not send me an invoice. Be careful with this company. The Richmond office is shady. BEWARE!
