“Bought a duramax truck here, higher mileage but price was still pretty good in my opinion. Guy went with us on the test drive and had no issue with me pushing it hard on the road and making sure everything was running good. No pressure from anyone in there, free sodee pop. “I blew a tire right at the traffic light by Indiana Beach. No spare with my van, just a gizmo that will fill your tire with air - except the nail hole was too big. I called Buschman’s Service and they were able to tow me in, fit me with a used tire and order me 2 new tires. I just moved here, the neighbors I have met weren’t home. I had no one to call. “Scheduled service for an oil change/tire rotation first thing in morning, which it took about an hour and 15 minutes. Not bad service, but just know it takes over an hour for a 10 minute job if you're going to wait.”

“We were heading up north on a Saturday afternoon when I ended up with a nail in my tire. It definitely wasn't going to make it to our destination. After a quick Google search, we saw this Ford dealer in Monon was open a few more hours drove over. The owner Brad said he'd look at it. Mind you, he was the only person there. Service department was closed. We drove it in the garage and he got to it, removing the tire, finding the nail, plugging, airing, and sending us on our way FREE of charge. We are so grateful to him for taking care of us. Here's clearly an owner who knows his business and didn't have any issue getting his hands dirty. Thanks again!”

“After a very long, hard trip, where I purchased a truck in northern Indiana, I had a blowout around midnight on a road and did not have any tools whatsoever nor did I have a jack. Yes to my good fortune, it happened in front of the house and the man who owns this company.
I knocked on the door and woke him up to pay him to help me out. He changed my tire in the rain would not accept any payment and told me that he just wants treat other people how he would like to be treated and he realize that I was having a very rough trip and it would be good to help.”
“While talking over the phone we had gotten the wrong windshield wiper assembly, called the man who owns the new&used auto parts yard and he went in on his day off, while us was closed and pulled off another windshield wiper assembly and got us the correct one, no extra charge! Best service I have ever experienced! He cared and it was an excellent deal!! If you ever need a part, use this company, because you will get some very nice service and a great deal!
