We received our new speed queen washer and dryer in Oct. 2021 we just love them. They are the classic model which is what we wanted for ease of use. They do a wonderful job getting the clothes clean and the cycles are shorter so it doesn't take as long to do the laundry. The guys who hooked them u were great, and they took away the old set too. We are very happy with Fase-Kaluf and have purchased all of our appliances from them over the years

I purchased a refrigerator from Fase-Kaluf after the fridge that came with my house stopped working unexpectedly. The saleswoman was very helpful. They had what I wanted in stock and were able to deliver the refrigerator to me the very next day. The delivery guys were awesome and took great care removing the old fridge and bringing in the new fridge through some tight spaces. I will definitely go back to Fase-Kaluf for any future appliance needs!

Had a new washer installed by fase's.they hauled out and shop vac the old washer which was filled with water(all at no extra charge).very nice people and polite they made sure the new washer worked and they showed me how everything worked

This review is mixed .... on the one hand the people I talked to and the helpfulness was excellent. A person couldn't ask for quicker friendlier service BUT on the second hand the prices for appliances is absolutely absurd. I can find the exact same appliances for 50% or more cheaper than here. Heck it is cheaper to rent a truck and travel and get appliances from retailers like Menards, Home Depot, Lowes etc with their truck rental programs and lower prices you save a ton of money just have to spend more time. If you have money to be able to give away then by all means the staff here is awesome will set up a delivery and install for ya but if you want to save ALOT of money go to Menards rent a truck and have a friend or neighbor help you install.
