Brought my 2007 car in for an exhaust problem they looked over everything and found out there was a bigger issue with rust everywhere under the frame and not much they could do I asked them about junking car and they gave me 250.00 for it and did not charge me for their service this is the 2nd time they took care of me and my cars u will use them again in the future very nice people to deal with

DO NOT USE!!!! We had our vehicle towed in by them when our timing chain went out. While they worked on the vehicle, one of the mechanics at Paul's screwed up the hub bearings when reinstalling the engine. Instead of owning up to their mistake and just fixing the issue, they charged me an additional $400. Nice people, but crappy service.

I had my car start to act up on the way to a family function. AAA connected us to Paul's towing. Cody called me almost immediately. Arranged for my tow and arrived when promised. He texted a picture of my car when it reached its destination, assuring me that it was locked and my key, name, and phone number were in the drop box. Thank you, Cody, for the assist.

Very professional, helpful, and fair. I was stuck with a damaged tire late on a busy night. Paul's was the fourth "24-hour" shop I called but the first that would actually drive the distance to where I was. Tony quoted the (perfectly reasonable) price, drove the distance to get me, and efficiently helped me find a hotel room, so I could get to a tire shop in the morning. He gave good advice in a professional but friendly way. He told me what the charges would be up front, including the extra miles to find me a room when all the nearest hotels were full, and finished with good advice for getting to the tire shop in the morning. Five stars well deserved!

My van broke down on 65 while I was headed from Wisconsin to Ohio on business. Paul showed up quickly, at 4:45pm right before they closed for the day, gave me a tow back to the shop, and we made a plan for the next day. Got it in right away in the morning and replaced the fuel pump. Reasonably priced, as well as a personable and knowledgeable staff.

These guys saved the day and were very reasonably priced.
I had an employee break down on his way from Chicago to cincinnati. It was an after-hours call and Cody picked up my guy on the side of the interstate, brought him to a hotel and then dropped the car off at their shop. The next day, they made the necessary repairs and even sent a driver to pick up my guy so that he could retrieve the car.
From the time that he broke down to the time that they facilitated all of this was about 12 hours. When it was all done, they provided awesome customer service and great mechanical aptitude at an even better price.

This place is great! Had an issue with a repair; they came and hooked it, fixed it, and gave it back the next day. They stand by their work and have outstanding customer service the likes of which has been missing since quarantine. Only place I'll be using from now on.Service: Brakes
