This is totally on their billing system. It's totally deceiving and bogus camera on my bill. It says paid up to December 20th. But in reality, it's only paid up till November. 20th and I was always paying late. Just put the correct dates on there from the beginning

For rural internet it is a great service, customer service is also great when calling the Rensselaer location. They are very informative and helpful anytime I call. They are very prompt at making sure your service is up and running. Obviously if it goes out on a weekend or after hours you may have to wait until the following business day for service but that is not uncommon from any other service provider. For the negative reviews people post I would disregard them as their expectations are unrealistic for rural internet obviously this is not fiber optic but my download, upload and latency is great for streaming movies, hosting VOIP meetings, online gaming, security cameras etc. I would like to see Comcast or Century link show up immediately after a major storm system to someone’s house to get their system back up and running… Midway did and am highly impressed with their dedication to their customers.

You will be paying for mistakes their employees make over and over again. Unacceptable. Tried to pay for 2 full months a month ago but since the woman "forgot" to factor in tax I was shut off, and I havent heard from them in a day. So i am literally being punished for their employees mistakes.And after all their "verifying" found out later from another employee that the first woman had the wrong account pulled up the entire time. Last time I checked, "Greg" and "Deborah" are two very different names, and if i would have paid it would have gone directly into another account. What a nightmare! Seems like you have to do half of their work for them.

We were at a loss as to what we could get for internet. We had been suffering with Viasat since we moved in June of 2019. We found Midway by chance passing it and inquiring. Then a family emergency haulted us for a year. Finally, 2 weeks ago we switched to Midway. The 2 techs that installed went above and beyond. Today I had to call and spoke to the gentleman in town. I cannot express how kind and helpful he was on something that was actually a HP issue. Our service is great...our internet seems to be going well...it disconnects here and there but...they all do. We may need to upgrade our speed a bit but for now this fits our budget. Most important is the local branch here seems to truly care and that means so much. We will be a customer forever.

Our internet is never at the speed that we pay for, and any time we call about an issue all they ever say is that we may need a new router. We have bought 3-4 routers over the past year or so and I’m fairly certain that’s never been the actual problem. Will be looking for a new isp provider very soon

The absolute worst internet service provider and "IT service" I have ever seen. Promise what they are unable to provide at a ridiculous cost. If you have any issues, they lie and blame it on you. They have not the first clue about IT and assume you're ignorant and stupid as they try and shift the blame from them.
