This is totally on their billing system. It's totally deceiving and bogus camera on my bill. It says paid up to December 20th. But in reality, it's only paid up till November. 20th and I was always paying late. Just put the correct dates on there from the beginning

Our internet is never at the speed that we pay for, and any time we call about an issue all they ever say is that we may need a new router. We have bought 3-4 routers over the past year or so and I’m fairly certain that’s never been the actual problem. Will be looking for a new isp provider very soon
