“For rural internet it is a great service, customer service is also great when calling the Rensselaer location. They are very informative and helpful anytime I call. They are very prompt at making sure your service is up and running. Obviously if it goes out on a weekend or after hours you may have to wait until the following business day for service but that is not uncommon from any other service provider. For the negative reviews people post I would disregard them as their expectations are unrealistic for rural internet obviously this is not fiber optic but my download, upload and latency is great for streaming movies, hosting VOIP meetings, online gaming, security cameras etc. I would like to see Comcast or Century link show up immediately after a major storm system to someone’s house to get their system back up and running… Midway did and am highly impressed with their dedication to their customers.”
