First time coming here. It's a really quiet gas station. It's got great bathrooms and a fair variety of food and drinks. Staff was nice. Store looks really old inside and out. Dimly lit. Credit card machine at the pump didn't work so I had to prepay which wasn't fun

Kenny is the WORST employee ever! Family Express, you are going to lose business keeping him. He should be stocking shelves instead of dealing with customers. Rude and doesn't realize there are other options for people to choose from. But what does he care, he doesn't own the business? You'll continue losing customers keeping him.

Got in, got some gas, and got out. Nothing special and no issues. I believe we will hit every gas station between Illinois and Ohio eventually.

Pretty crowded on a Sunday at 5. I wonder if this was due to normal traffic or if it was because it was the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The store is fairly large with lots of snacks, hot foods, cold drinks, and a plethora of hot and iced coffee options for sale from the dispensing machines. I think you get a free donut if you buy a hot coffee. I even saw a poster for a square donut, too. They sell fancy flavored water such as açaí, but I wasn't brave enough to try it and just got a plain bottled water instead.

Not bad rest stop. They had a pretty extensive convenience store selection. I was feeling a bit sick so I picked up some Muscinex and Tylenol. The woman at the register was friendly and the bathroom was clean.

I work near this chain quite frequently lately. I know I must be a fan because I often plan my fill ups accordingly. The staff is always friendly, bathrooms always clean and I'm hooked on the F.E. Perks program. As long as I pass through Indiana for work I'll make sure I use F.E.

Cheaper than the gas down the street by a couple of cents/gallon. They offer a special iced coffee drink, and the first step is to fill the special cup with ice, which is not only across the store from the coffee station, but it can't be seen from the coffee station. I'd never been there, and I was so annoyed at not being able to figure out where the ice was that I tossed the whole drink, which I thought I'd add some ice to when I found it. Also, there were no squeegees out at the pumps. But, I got good-priced gas, and there was a clean bathroom. Two stars for that and the Diet Coke. The basics.
