Had a bad experience with my first encounter with this company. We are a reputable trucking company, we recently established a pretty generous credit account with this company. I spent days with John making a pretty expensive purchase order. For days I was told different untrue information, making me think that my order was going to be ordered as soon as i gave them the greenlight. When it was time to move forward with the purchase it took him days to get back to me just to let me know they couldn't purchase my order. Very unprofessional!

Very very poor service. We had a flat tire and these guys took wayyy longer than they promised they would arrive. When they arrived, they did not move swiftly to perform the job but went on to pee beside the road and smoke cigarettes before deciding to attend to us. They came unprepared and did not help us in any way. In the end, we were delayed 2 hours and some other tow company had to come and help us. DO NOT CALL THESE FOLKS!

Really great technicians at the Southern tire Mart. They gave me real advice and actually saved me money And didnt charge me, for something other shops would definitely have. Honest, reliable and actually care about their customers. Trust me, you’re in good hands!

I was traveling with my 3 young kids, we were about 4 hours from home after a long road trip. My car wouldn’t start after filling up with gas. I dragged my kids back inside to see if there was anything to purchase in the store to try and jump my car. I asked a clerk and she said, are you traveling alone with 3 kids, we’ll get you taken care of. She then had 3 other people come out and help me get my car running again. I was on the road within 30 minutes. So grateful for the kindness these people showed me. I believe two of them were Robbie and Mark, but I didn’t get the other people’s names. And then there was Tyler from an auto service company, I couldn’t find that helped as well. Seriously, I would have been out there figuring this out with 3 kids and it would have taken me forever! We got home safely and we are so glad for the kindness we were shown. These are some good people, I hope they are regularly shown appreciation.

The place was clean, bright, and welcoming. It didn't feel like a gas station that wanted you in and out, but one that wanted their customers to stay relaxed and enjoy the atmosphere and products they have to offer.
