They're my fall back parts store. They usually have things if i can't get it somewhere else. Unfortunately they're overpriced, thats napa for ya. Which is why they're my last resort

Traveling for work from Chicago, Illinois to Dayton Ohio during a horrible storm, my windshield wiper flew off & they were able to not only show me how to change that type of wiper but had a set in stock for my truck. I feel I owe them my life. Thanks to the crew there
