Troy was recommended to us by a friend, probably about 10 years ago, and he performed a couple annual furnace checks for us. A couple years later, our air conditioning quit after a storm. Another business told us that it was just dead and needed to be replaced. Troy came out and actually checked it and diagnosed that we had taken a lightning strike, so our air conditioner replacement was covered by insurance. Since that time, he has replaced the start capacitor and recharged it a couple times. He is prompt and professional, and he is also very personable. He has no trouble explaining to you what he is doing while he is doing it, and doesn't mind you watching him while he works. He is an all-around nice guy who says hi to me and chats with me when I run into him in the store, and even spends time chatting after he finishes his service calls. If I could give him seven stars out of five, I would. I recommend him to everyone who mentions that they need service. He provides exemplary service at an excellent value. Had Troy out for service on a/c unit during recent high heat days. Called late Thurs afternoon and he was able to get to us Fri morning. Got it charged up and cooling quickly. Gave advice when asked about replacement options for our older unit. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.Service: A/C system repair

Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve, and Troy still came out at 6PM to make sure it was fixed. He was also extremely professional and used properly calibrated test equipment and gauges and explained what he was doing. I couldn’t recommend this guy enough! Price was extremely fair too! So I call out a company to repair my furnace, the guy tells me it's junk, need a new one. Thinking wow this furnace is only 10 years old, I looked for a second opionion, found troy, half hour later problem found and furnace running, saving me thousands. Troy was very polite and courtesy. Would do business with again and refer to all.

We were were building a new home and Young's gave us a hell of a deal and when we did end up having a small problem due to mice they came right out and fixed us up, very reasonable rates, experienced techs and very friendly employees, would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone needing a new system or repairs to an old one, great people to deal with!
