We love everyone who works there! Our pets are always well cared for. You can see how much they care for every animal that comes into the clinic.

I love Zach and Teresa. They have always taken great care of my pets and if I have needed them after hours have been there for me. They are caring and the staff is great also. They never know what I may bring into them and always up for a challenge. Thank you guys very much. Highly recommend

I brought my cat in for his rabies check up and they misplaced his previous paperwork. The male staff member was very rude and not helpful. He insulted and ridiculed me for not knowing the name of where I took my cat three years ago. The female staff was more empathic and helpful. Not too happy about how I was treated

They're very upfront about cost and reasonable about pricing. Gave me great advice on my elderly cat. Didn't suggest tests that wouldn't have helped (like a vet in muncie was trying), and I appreciated that. The vet was just honest and forthcoming about her as an over 15 year old pet.

At first I really liked this place. Then my senior dog went in for her second dental and never recovered from it. When I went to the follow-up (I scheduled) to address the infected blood-tinged drool she was given more antibiotic. No mention of figuring out what was causing the infection and overall inflammation. No follow-up appointment either. Just ANOTHER round of antibiotics and 10 days worth of pain meds. Initially they seemed to help, aside from the facial twitching that has been ongoing since her surgery. The infection subsided and the bleeding appeared to stop. The drooling however did not. Since it was clear drool I just assumed that with far less teeth it would be difficult to hold it in before swallowing it. Some time passes after the completion of the antibiotics. Here we are back again to the infected, blood tinged drool and obvious pain. The veterinarian told me that if she continues to have problems that he would need to do blood work. How is blood work supposed to tell me if a broken piece of tooth is still in my dog's jaw or some type of an abscess? I just can't wrap my mind around why someone would not get in there and figure out what they did wrong to prevent this from healing properly. She has been reluctant to eat since the initial surgery but now is reluctant to eat at all. She has lost so much weight. It is just a very sad sight. I am afraid that the most humane decision to make on her part at this time would be to put her down. You take your animal to the veterinarian to help make them better. Not set them on a path to endure pain, and suffer with no end in sight; despite being under veterinarian care.

Best Vet around in my opinion. Especially for large breed dogs. We have a Great Pyrenees and a Great dane. They are all around amazing!
