“I experienced an incident where there was some damage done to my car when I brought it in for an oil change. Dave made sure everything was taken care of and took responsibility for the damage done.he was very apologetic and check on things through the whole process. He paid for everything that needed fixed and also made sure I had a rental while it was being fixed. Also a shout out to Matthew at Martin’s body shop for his professionalism and making things easier on me. Martin’s earned 5 stars also! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

“The transmission went out on our business van. The van is not paid for…
Two years ago I was in the same situation with an older van. I paid a place in Louisville quite a bit of money to replace the transmission and it failed again 6 months.
Had to trade the unpaid for van in with zero value to get a new vehicle….
So this time I was scared.
Thankfully I found Conrad’s and they offered me a one year unlimited mile warranty for not much more than the other place charged!
The van will be paid for in less than a year so this is a life saver!
The van drives great now! I can actually pull out in traffic confidently again!”

“I took my car to these guys a couple years ago, prior to COVID, because it had a horrible misfire. The guy looked at it and told me, then SHOWED me, the issue was a damaged spark plug wire.He asked if I wanted him to fix it after showing me how simple of a fix it was (99 cavalier 2.2 non eco-tec engine, plugs and wires are right on the front. Super easy DIY change)I said nah, I'll do it but offered to pay him for pointing me in the right direction. He refused to accept payment just because he looked at it for a couple minutes and told me what to do.That's true class right there. I wish more businesses had that level of ethnic principle about them.I reached out to them today (12/12/2022) about an issue with a different car, but they told me they are no longer in the mechanic business and only do towing.Sad times for an upstanding level of service. If they ever check out these reviews, I just want to say a thank you from myself (and others who might not have told them) about how awesome their mechanic service was.”

“Super great place. We are down here in Florida from Indiana. Went here with some friends. I really liked it. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. I actually sent the restaurant a message asking if dogs were allowed. To my surprise, someone actually got back to me promptly. The answer was yes. Now that doesn't happen these days, and to bet all it was the manager.lots of TV's to watch and spacious. The layout was great. The food was really good. Total experience was absolutely fantastic. Inside and outside seating. I'd go back. If you're looking for a regular place to go, make it this one.”
