I am NOT impressed after purchasing a post-op shoe. "Matt" was curt and seemed bothered that he had to help me; I felt he wanted me out of the store. I had to leave a 1-star rating ONLY because the system won't publish my comment without it. No plans to use them again.

I have been using Williams Bros pharmacy in Princeton Indiana for almost five years. They deliver my medication and I have memory issues they never seemed annoyed when I call knowing I might have just called or called the day before because I don't know how their industry works. They are so kind always smiling and happy and they always have my medications even when there was a shortage.that tells me these guys stay on top of their patients needs. I would never go to some big pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens I want my prescriptions not make up and chocolate and to develop pictures. I love my William s and brothers pharmacy. They will also have my business no matter what!!!

A employee was to return a call back to me regarding CPAP supplies, however after 3 hours no call from them. Last week they were to order the CPAP supplies for me but failed to do that. I do feel that this store is not providing customers with halfway service, notice I said halfway, that is because I think they are not capable of providing decent service. If anyone needing any type of medical supplies, I suggest that you ordering them from a different company.

I absolutely love this pharmacy. They have a home-health section, and they will help you, with any need. I, personally think Gary, is the best in home-health. He is always so nice, so friendly, and always smiling?As for the Pharmacy .. they are all so wonderful. In-store they offer so much. There is a new, lady pharmacist, she is awesome. I usually deal with Chad and most definitely I deal with Chad, on insurance issues or if I need a certain medication, to come in, as without a certain color, due to a allergy and I've never had a issue.They offer RX delivery serviceThey only come to my area 2 days a week. But they are great. If I need something, from inside their store, vitamins, bandaid, glucose tablets, a specific lotion, whatever it is, if they have it in stock, they will have it delivered to your doorstep straight to you.They accept cash (I've never wrote or issued them a check-so I can not say they accept it), and credit cards.Again, this is a great pharmacy with a great staff, who will go the extra mile for you.

I switched recently from Walmart pharmacy to Williams Bro, because u couldn't ask for a better experience. They employees are friendly informative professionals..I can get in and out without the long wait and the text alert are wonderful. Nathalie Momon
