Maddie is so professional, personable and patient. I needed a new phone and had been lax in keeping my passwords. She went above and beyond recovering my Apple ID. Through her persistence to help me, she saved me $400.00. She was by far the best Verizon agent I have ever worked with! Thanks Maddie!
