Customer service was terrible!! Definitely recommend taking extreme precautions if thinking of renting a u-haul from here. My family and I rented a u-haul for two days, the day after we had returned it, we received a call about items that were apparently on the contract, that we were never given or informed about. You are given the option for blankets, which we paid for, but never received. They told us that we never returned the blankets, along with a “roller,” that was apparently supposed to be within the u-haul we received. They proclaimed that we did not put enough gas back into the u-haul before returning it as well. We took pictures of both the inside and outside of the vehicle before taking it out of the lot, as well as the gas percentage in the gas tank. The tank wasn’t even full when we received it, and we did exactly as the woman that gave us the paperwork told us to. We were not informed of any extra cost or items supposedly on the contract that was signed. Which technically makes the contract null, no longer acceptable, nor validly legal. The contract was not completely reviewed or communicated thoroughly with us before the signing. These people are definitely nothing but scammers that are trying to get extra money. They were yelling on the phone, when in all honesty, it should have been us calling them about the extra money taken out for these “tools” we should have gotten within the terms of said contract. Extremely upsetting.

Rented a uhaul for a couple days, got a call the next morning accusing me of stealing things that were not even in the uhaul when it was given to us, like a rolling dolly. I took photos as soon as I got the uhaul because my friends informed me sometimes they like to take advantage of their customers like this. The uhaul was completely empty! Very disrespectful for them to accuse us of such a thing. They kept saying the rolling dolly was included in the contract and it wasn’t there when we returned it. I did not even know what was on the contract, since it was never explained. And in fact, it was NEVER in the truck in the first place, so maybe they should check the trucks for their customers, making sure everything is included before giving it to us. Only thing I asked for was blankets to be included for the tv, which I also did not receive. Then complained that we didn’t put enough gas in it before returning it, even though yet again, I had a picture of how much gas was in it when I picked it up so I would be sure to put the same amount back in, just as the lady told us to do when picking it up. Very disrespectful and I’m very disappointed. I don’t recommend unless you want to have a harassing phone call accusing you of things that never happened. If anything, we should be getting our money back since we apparently paid to have things to help our move that we never received.

I highly recommend this store. They have serviced my mowers, weed eaters, and I have rented items from them several times. Awesome customer service and always prompt, friendly service.

I called to make sure they had what I was looking for and when I was told they had it, I asked if they could set it aside so I could pick it up they said no problem and helped me get it to my car. Very friendly people and great service

My husband called in advance to check on the price of a shop vacuum and the associate named “Tom” gave us A price that was $30 lower than the actual price of the item. As i was leaving the store the man named “Tom” came out of the office and shouted “Was i right about the price?” When i got home with the item my husband was upset and called to ask what happened and asked what we can do about the price difference. The response he received was that the man “guessed on the price” and he wouldn’t do anything for us. Terrible customer service, I will never shop here again!!!

Barry always takes care of me if I need a rental on equipment or uhaul I needed parts for weed eater Stihl of course he took care of me I needed a push mower fixed me up

My husband got me a new hedge trimmer for our 10th anniversary at Memmers and they are great. Thanks Tom for gassing them up and having them ready to go.
