Took my 18Lb cat in for hair mats because he can't reach his back side anymore. This cat is afraid of his own shadow but the owner just had a way with him. Cat is so much happier. Thanks Purrz and Gurzz! Also reasonable on price.

My pug baby seemed very happy after leaving here. He later told me that he wants to continue to go here for his next grooming appointment and nail clipping.

Second appointment. Went in for a trim. She had very few mats . Thought I was getting a puppy cut. He had his own ideas not mine. He shaved my dog & gave her the most uneven cut around her face. Didn’t want to take time to groom her properly. Too busy !!! We are both traumatized! Will never go back ! After & Before photos.

We have a 5 month old boxer and he would not let me trim his toenails. I took him in and the gentleman took Tucker back and had his nails done in a short time. My dog just stood there and was so calm and very comfortable with having his toenails done. I will definitely go back. Thank you for your quick professional service

Just moved to the area and when no one else would find time Purrz&gurrz found the time to schedule a grooming for my Yorkie. We look forward to seeing them next week.Update, This was an excellent visit. Very quick professional service and my dogs hair cut was better than its been in a long time. Coco will be going here from now on for her grooming needs. Thanks Purs and Gurz

I took my dog to get a hair and nail trim. My dog is really scared of people but doesnt bite or growl at anyone, just had a bad previous owner. I took him there before and they did a really good job. But this time was awful. When I picked him up he had a cut behind his ear, which turned into a scab. Which he didnt mention at all and didnt notice until I got him home. He was shaking really bad for a few days after. I wont be taking my dog back or recommending the place to anyone
