I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. It’s hard to imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle new or used.
I really only went to get the oil changed in my Canyon. I saw my previous salesperson, we started chatting. I asked about a used vehicle I saw online. She check for me and it was sold. She told me about the Silverado. I took the Silverado for a spin and fell in love with it.
Went in for an oil change…..came out with a new Silverado.

Russ was absolutely great to work with. He helped us get our daughter set up with a new car and helped make sure she was comfortable with the price as well as gave her excellent advice in regards to paying off the loan. When the wait time was getting long, he offered everyone pizza and drinks. I'd recommend anyone to this dealership. Great experience!

Charged myself and Chevrolet to install sensors to be added after purchase. Double dipping. Charged over $200 to install customer provided mud flaps during tire rotation. 12 screws, wow. That the salesman said they would do for free. Double dipping and charging customers seems to be how they make the money. Had to call several times to get complait somewhat resolved. The service and parts workers like to take advantage of customers. I can not send my wife or daughter again.

The techs here are terrible. I was on a business trip and noticed a groaning noise on my way down I had them do a trans service and try to investigate the noise they said it was a vacuum pump and valve cover. They did not have the parts in stock thankfully so I said ok l will have to pass on it and ordered parts to complete the repair myself upon getting home. Upon investigation I found that the vacuum pump was fine. And that there was nothing at all wrong with the motor at all. It was in fact the transmission that was the issue. What a joke.

Took my certified used truck in a month and half ago for check engine light. Code is for a coolant valve malfunction.. been waiting on part and driving truck in limp mode for all this time to find out the part wasn’t even order till over month after I initially brought truck in.. I found this out when I called the gmc customer support line.. called dealership and just got excuses, I don’t care about excuses and just want my truck fixed or a loaner vehicle. Truck is unsafe to drive as it is very slow to accelerate to highway speeds and won’t maintain them.
They have yet to work with me on a loaner vehicle even though there are a multitude of used vehicles on the lot. Very unhappy and looking at other options. I do not recommend this dealership if you plan on relying on them to fix your vehicle!
