Very friendly staff at the Princeton Indiana branch. Jordan Simmons was a big help with my issues and took time to make sure I was taken care of. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He deserves a good raise!! Great job Jordan!

excellent service as long as you enter the bank itself - as for telephone service! WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! IF I WANTED to talk with "consumer contact center" I would dial the 800 number and prepare to hold and hold and hold and hold!!! Transfered there consistently when calling local.

All of the staff are always so courteous and helpful! And I have received a call to insure that my needs are all met! I am very pleased with all of the services that Fifth Third Bank of Princeton, Indiana provides for me!!
