Very slow service. Had a prescription called in at 10:30 a.m. but at 3:40 p.m. still didn't have it ready and told me it would take an hour, which it did. Then spent 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting.

Fast and always open. Usually have a discount on my extra care card. I dig cvs for the late night medicine trips.

I'm fromPrinceton, Indiana. My local CVS is one of my favorite stores. Not for the prices, of course, but the cleanliness, new products regularly, high yseilds of every product, friendly employees, and welcoming environment.

If a zero score was possible, that's what CVS would get in general. This is a perfect example of a large company who is completely out of touch with customers. For example, every one of their locations has different pharmacy hours. It doesn't make sense and when you do go to the pharmacy here in Princeton, Indiana, most of the staff is outright rude. I understand fully well. That short staffing happens in a modern day world but guess what boys and girls that's not the customerss fault!! CVS do better!!!

Super disappointed. I’ve already been sitting in an urgent care for 2-1/2 to 3 hours then get told it’s gonna take 45 mins for a scrip to be filled. And right at the drive thru the lady had a bad attitude towards me since my script came from Walmart because they were out of the medicine. From what I’ve read I feel like maybe some retraining or something needs to happen to this pharmacy

My 4 stars is for the store its self. I like shopping in here. The store is very clean and organized. I used to use this pharmacy but I don't anymore. So I'm rating the shopping experience.

This is the absolute worst pharamcy I've ever had experience with. We struggled to get many medications filled on time. I had a prescription called in to another store once, so I called this location to have it transferred. They refused multiple times saying it was in the CVS data. I told them it had been called in so they NEED to call the other store to receive it, they still refused. I didn't mention to them that I've been a pharamcy tech for years.. The staff is extremely lazy. We finally switched to Williams Bros and had our medications filled within an hour every time. Now we've moved and need it sent to a Walgreens, this CVS hasn't faxed the prescription in TWO days. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went to go get my medication after work and went through the drive thru but when I got up to the window it took the 5 minutes to get to the window to just tell me they closed at 1:30-2pm.. how.. how is this possible when people have to work every day. No one ever wants to get out of their car just to walk in to the pharmacy just for meds when they get off work. My honest opinion about this situation is ridiculous and I’ve never seen a CVS close a drive thru that early.
