They missed services a lot when first starting service and kept charging me without picking up. I called and once they claimed they picked up service when they didn't. Then I get a $225 overage charges for my dumpster lid being open a bit too much and claimed an over fill. Grace for me, but not for thee.

Getting my absolute lowest review possible God forbid I call your facility and actually get a person. Your phone system is the worst Ive ever seen and your website doesnt seem to list what your price per ton is and thats all I want to know.

I live at 215 e 3 st and ur driver almost hit my 7 year old and I and I know for a fact he saw us there is no way he could of missed us do the world a favor and hire better drivers

Just trying to reach someone to complain about all the rocks and debris left on the road that no one seems to care about other than me cause I have picked up one of those rocks and damaged my car I just want someone to clean up dang road so it don't happen to my good car .........

WM has been over the years a very consistent and reliable trash pickup company. If there is a problem with pickup it is easily and promptly corrected. and the customer service representatives are always polite and easy to talk to to get the problem resolved.

Based on our first day officially set up as pick up date (set by the company, not myself), I’m disappointed. While they did deliver the trash container last week… first day and no one showed. Make sure to contact the company before your first scheduled pick up to make sure you are on the list to avoid an unwanted and inconvenient phone call to find out why your pick up wasn’t completed. Second time around with this company. Happened this way both times. Three years apart. Seems to be an ongoing issue.
