I would not recommend this so called bankto my worst enemy. I had a situation where moneywas removed from my account by mistake. When I called First financial in crisis mode they were not only rude but basically told me I had to do the work of getting my money returned, from the other bank that took, it myself.First financial gave my money out as a error and would not help me in any way shape or form. I'm not a wealthy person and I needed every penny to get by but was left without gas money or any money to survive.

I love that you get alerts about your debit card,I also like the people who work there,very friendly an they are able to resolve issues almost on the spot. :)

No entry for customers or new customers due to covid-19 I'm guessing even though they have all the normal precautions in place. I wanted to open an account however they are not open to do so. They have a sign telling customers they are open to help and to proceed to the drive thru.. I drive around back... No drive thru... Waist of time! Should change the sign to read " We are here to not service people, we don't have a drive thru, thanks for waisting your time".
