Very unprofessional. Things barely get done because people don't communicate. The work environment is unsanitary and there were even flies in the water cooler in the break room! Disgusting!!!

RUN!!!!!!! This is a JOKE of a company. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever! They like to portray themselves like they're a huge conglomerate of a company but CLEARLY, they're struggling. They still haven't paid us for installing a job for them back in July of 2022. And it was less than $800. Go figure! We've called and called and emailed and emailed but to no avail. Everyone I've personally spoken to just passes the blame along & no one can ever seem to get me in touch with their accounting department. There's supposedly a woman that works in accounting named Jodi but the woman absolutely WILL NOT under ANY circumstances return calls, pay their open invoices, or admit she made a mistake.

If I could do a 0 I would. If your an installer plan on emailing 100 times calling and leaving messages and you might get paid within 60 days. I’m about to file mechanics liens on several pieces of equipment I’ve done. Customer service is garbage

Signature Graphics was a tremendous help to our school district at the start of 2022-2023. Their contributions to our rebranding efforts cannot be overstated. We are blessed to have them as a partner. In large part to their graphics and the expertise of their installers, our entire school building looks brand new. Tri-Township Schools are now poised to grow into a destination school system.

I had a large project, over 220 vehicles in 3 states, that needed to be rebranded. I chose Signature Graphics because they had a program that I could view before and after photos in of installations. This made it easy for me to track completion in the locations that I didn't have visibility to. I also enjoyed the team I worked with. They were very quick to answer questions. Thanks again!

I applied for the shipping/packing/screen printing position that was on Indeed and went through Express Professionals agency. When I arrived at the interview, I was told I'd be working some cutting machine, I was alright with that, but was a little concerned as to why I was being placed somewhere other than the positions that I applied for. After I was hired, I was put in finishing, not any of the positions that I applied OR interviewed for. If I was actually placed somewhere that I expected to be, I might have actually stayed, but my concerns were completely ignored. Not an awful place if you don't care at all what you're doing.

Corrine's review about sums it up from a customers end. Being a vendor / installer is even WORSE. Little known fact is that this company is owned by a private investment group and we all know what that means.... PROFIT PROFIT PROFIT and shareholders long before quality and fair treatment to customers and vendors alike. You may pay a bit more at a smaller and local sign shop, but at least you'll get taken care of in a quality and timely manor. Same can be said for their other 2 major competitors in Kansas and Benton Harbor Michigan. All 3 seem to be in a "race to the worst out there".

If i could give zero stars i would. Takes months with a dozen phone calls to get a finished product. Refuses to correct installers mistakes. Poor customer service tried to over charge and bill twice.
