The maintenance team is great, comes quickly, and provides timely service, often notifying residents of arrival times. Under new management and with new maintenance personnel, residents report things have improved exponentially. The apartments are nice looking and located close to shopping and medical services. The management is described as taking care of problems and showing appreciation. Overall, many residents love living there and would recommend Orchard Apartments to others.

Nice looking apartments Shelly was very friendly and helpful ! But it all boils down to what the manager has to say. I make over $4,000 a month and I have a 630 credit score didn’t get accepted because of my credit so if your looking just know 630 isn’t enough !

I've been at Orchard for almost 2 years now. I love it here. Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance comes quickly and takes care of problems in a timely fashion. I'm close to shopping and my doctors. i would recommend Orchard.
