“I never want to go anywhere else for an oil change. I drive 30 minutes to get my oil changed with these guys because they’re the real deal 100%. Always on their game, never ridiculously trying to sell you things you don’t need, always upfront, honest, and professional. I literally recommend them EVERYWHERE. Also, get a punch card!”

“My mom was told by a different mechanic that the engine seized in her ‘88 Mustang but he didn’t replace engines. She found Jim’s business and he found an engine and would do the work. It isn’t cheap to replace an engine but it is what she wanted to do. She took the Mustang in and when he started working on it he found that the engine was fine and it was the starter that went out. His office person informed my mom of this and refunded her the down payment, less the starter repair and sent the engine back. He could have told her nothing and we would have known no better. This is an honest and trusting person. The work he did was awesome and her Mustang is better than ever! Thank you , Jim! We hope this word spreads because Jim deserves the business!”

“What an outstanding place.
My family and I were traveling from northwest Ohio to Chicago last Thursday. We were heading to Shriner’s children’s hospital for my son to have surgery on his leg. Our power steering pump fell apart on the turnpike. Portage tire got us in immediately at 3 o clock. Offered to stay late to fix it if need be, so that we wouldn’t miss our appointment. Fixed it by 5 and didn’t even charge me anything. What a great experience! Highly recommend.”

“Had taken my car to another shop for front brakes and was told I would need back brakes soon. Took my car to Hometown where I was informed I didn't need back brakes at all. But they went ahead and got to the bottom of a loud noise the car had been making and fixed that for a really reasonable price!! I would recommend them to everyone, they could've sold me back brakes, as I came in asking for, but didn't. It's incredibly hard to find that type of honesty, and I am so thankful that I found them!!
