Rudest pharmacy around. They canceled my meds, even thought they called and I gave them a pick up date. I have had 2 surgeries and both times I am hassled about pain meds, and it takes at least 2 days to fill. I am definitely going to a new pharmacy.

We have been long time customers of this location for at least 20 years. The pharmacy was always phenomenal. For the past 6 months or so, every time I'm due to refill my pain medication they are out of stock and "don't know when more will be here" or it's on "back order". Every. Single. Month! This month I called several days ahead of time, the pharmacist said he couldn't guarantee they would have it when it was due to be refilled and he can't order until it's due to be filled. This medication I have been on the same script monthly for at least the last 5 years. One would think if a customer has a script for the same med every month for years, you would automatically order it to make sure you have it in stock. I don't know what changed up there but I've had enough. As a chronic pain patient I'm already treated like a criminal having to see a doctor and do a drug test every 3 months just because I'm on a med for chronic pain. Now I have to jump through hoops with the pharmacy and run the risk of going through withdrawal every month cause they can't implement a logical ordering system or change medication providers. Moving my scripts to CVS as they have it in stock and guarantee it won't be a problem in the future. Do better, Walgreens. This location used to be the best in the area. Corporate needs to do better by this location. The staff is awesome and they go above and beyond for us but they are limited to the confines of poor corporate decisions.

This store can’t seem to get the business “together.” Total disaster, especially the pharmacy. They have bad problems keeping a Pharmacist. Prescriptions are “pot luck” anymore, automatic phone robot is the worst and frequently does not order your prescription when requested. It is so bad here I am moving my prescriptions to WALMART. Avoid this location!

A couple weeks ago my niece had a baby and I went into Walgreens to make a picture for her. There were two female employees that noticed I was having a bit of an issue came up and saved the day! It was really refreshing to see that kind of customer service

Just encountered 3 employees at this location and each one was rude and annoyed that they had to help me. I'm sorry they are having a bad day but there is no reason to be rude to your customers.

I was switching some prescriptions to something local and I won't run out. The pharmacist threw a fit because 2 of the medications I take were similar, and although the insurance approved it she refused to fill it without talking with my doctor. They finally got approval from my doctor but they treated me like a drug seeker. She even refused to do a short fill that was sent by my insurance. They won't let me refill until the day I am completely out. Like my last dose I have is for the evening of the 11th then I'm completely out. They won't fill it until the 12th. I usually take meds 2x a day and now I have to take my morning meds and then go stand in their line to get the other filled. So I can't take it until it's ready. Going here felt gross the way the way that I was treated. I'm an adult and deserve respect. I am going back to the way I had it where people helped me and don't judge me based on the medication I take. They are glorified drug dealers who don't care to help someone who needs it. I was also told by my doctors office that they don't show anything with walgreens reaching out to them. I am glad I was able to get approval from my doctor but this place not even accepting a short fill is just wrong. The pharmacists are horrible to deal with, and don't realize they are not doctors and should do their job of filling what the doctor prescribes without questioning what a doctor is doing. They are supposed to be helping people but they sure weren't nice or helpful to me.

The manager told me I needed the receipt to return an item and I told him I had it in my phone. At 1st he told me that wont-work but I told him that's the only place I get my receipts for Walgreens and then he took care of me.

Went to get a booster shot, was told I would be given paperwork to fill out. Sat for 30mins then left, felt like the customer service of a cvs.
