Pharmacist is incapable of counting 30 days from July 10, 2023.Insists 30 days is August 10, 2023.Even after explaining there's 31 days in July, so 30 days would be August 9th, the smug, pompous, and rude Pharmacist said "no, 30 days is August 9th and I can't help you any further", then hung up the phone.

Took my son to the ER. Called as soon as we got out to see when ilthe medicine would be ready. They said in an hour. An hour goes around I call to see if it's ready yet they asked to give them 30 minutes. 30mins goes around I go to pick it up just to be told there's people in front of me and I'll have to wait for the medicine and they even told me where the medicine was ordered from the ER. Mean while there's a sick baby at home waiting for medicine.

Hello again,Seems like my post keeps disappearing, might turn into a daily thing for me. Just a heads up to count your pain meds when you get home. Two occasions I was shorted 40 pills, they replaced them for me, but treated me like a liar and drug addict. If you fill before 5 am there is no one to count for a second time. Let's see how long this review stay here.

So I called the pharmacy 2weeks ago to fill a prescription. But first I need it to get transferred from another state. I'm thinking it's as easy as calling them and they automatically call my old pharmacist and get the prescription transferred. Oh no, Walgreens employees think we have their knowledge of how this process goes and tells me, "ok we'll get it done and call you when you're prescription is ready for pick up". So here I am, like I said 2wks later, and no medication. I remembered that I had supposedly gotten it transferred over and they said they'd call me back. I finally called back today and I was on hold for almost almost 20 minutes before I got hung up on. Frustrated, I called back and obviously a new person answered the phone so I gave them the information once again and and she put me on hold because I have to speak to the pharmacist directly. Apparently nobody else can transform medication just this specific person. While I'm holding for the pharmacist, for another 15 minutes, someone else picks up. I explained to them that I was on hold for the pharmacist. Finally he gets on the phone and as I'm provincia him with my information (name and D.OB) he asked... "what's your name and date of birth?" He I repeat myself and sure enough he needs to know the reason for my call. I repeat myself for the millionth time and now he wants to act like a complete ass. But doesn't want me to get an attitude back. I told him he didn't have to get sassy with me and he kept it up. He said he was trying to be a solution to the problem that he wasn't interested in listening to me or why I was upset. So I hung up! He called me back just to hang up on me lmao this guy is a fking joke. Yeah I was upset at this entire situation but seriously he didn't understand it wasn't to understand where I'm coming from. Ppl now a days take other ppls bs. I don't, I spend money on thing and services, I'd like to think that I can at least get decent customer service.Obviously I'm taking my business elsewhere. This Walgreens has horrible service. Don't spend your money here.

Horrible ! I just moved into the neighborhood and needed to get some meds . I used to get my medicine from Walgreens in hessville in Hammond and the service was decent. So this was My first ever time to get medicine at this Walgreens and I promise definitely my last . I have never experienced such horrible service at Walgreens. The pharmacist couldn't figure out how to fill a common antibiotic! I had to go back and forth with them for 2 hrs plus to finally get my medicine from them. On top of that they had the most rudest attitudes. Like it's my fault they couldn't figure out how to fill a simple antibiotic . I do NOT recommend this Walgreens just head to the one on us 6 in portage so MUCH BETTER.

I purchased an ink cartridge for my printer and it only printed 22 pages. It was an XL (SUPPOSED to print a ton of pages). I called and spoke with a manager and they were actually very gracious and allowed me a full refund with my receipt and the original product packaging so they could scan the UPC. Refunded directly to my original payment method. Great service and no trouble at all. I like this particular Walgreens, I have never had a bad experience and they are adamant about calling \\\"I see 3\\\". Will definitely continue to shop here due to great service.

This Walgreen's pharmacy location has gone completely downhill. As a caregiver for a patient with recurring seizures due to terminal brain cancer, this pharmacy is well below the experience and expertise needed for a patient with such unfortunate circumstances. For a nasal spray that helps reduce seizures, one has to have it ordered and wait, and wait, and wait. For anti-seizure medications, one has to have that ordered, too, and wait one day, two days, three days. Then of course, there's a convenient - sudden insurance issue. If there isn't an insurance issue, there's an authorization and fax issue that prolongs another day, two days, then you hit a weekend when no one is in an office. There are always, "3 callers ahead of you," and you're on hold for 40 minutes every time. People with serious health issues absolutely cannot play games with their health. Without medication like Keppra and doing one's job appropriately, a seizure could happen resulting in ambulance rides, hospital stays, and more medication changes from emergency room physicians that YOU... never have in stock. One could argue, "So? Go to a different pharmacy." This isn't a convenience issue, and other pharmacies do not accept the insurance for the person I caregive for. Believe me, we tried!

The people that work at this pharmacy are rude, condescending, and generally just not helpful.. They do not want to help you or explain anything to you. I had my scripts sent there for the first time and last time. Getting scripts should not be this difficult or unpleasant.

Me and my wife are in there all the time. Pretty much always friendly, clean and stocked.
