Had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Dustin Matthews , instead of giving any help or assistance he handed us a pamphlet and told us have a nice day, he didn’t even bring up our account or care to take a look into anything we was asking him , after being customers for four years we will be taking our money to T-Mobile

Waiting at the door for you to come in and ask what do you need and listen and FIX IMMEDIATELY. & you can walk out the door! They are polite and you do not have to wait that long at all and usually not at all! Everyone is ready to help you immediately most of the time when I went in!
I give them 110% in their approach and true HELP!

I was skeptical to try this store, but was in dire need of a new phone. Not only did they lie about any deals, but hassled me about trying to turn my old phone in. The customer service was abysmal. After leaving there, I went to another Verizon store and was offered an iPad, Apple Watch, and received free WiFi for a month.

Lauren, curious how customer service can be your priority because these days when you walk in, you have the pleasure to get ignored by staff? Guests walking into the store looking for help, have to wait UNTIL a Verizon employee checks you in. In essence, the other customers waiting for assistance have to tell the new people entering the store that you need to wait to get checked in!? What? Then the lady behind you gets to hear your issues and then say, "I don't want to have the issues that she's having." My new phone set up included glitches that prevented my iPhone from sending pics to droid users. I was embarrassed to share my issue, but had no other option. I dislike the check in process when you walk into the Verizon store. It's awful.

Sold a phone at one price, guess what? It's not accurate. My options, return the phone and I pay the restocking fee or buck up and pay the extra $340. Either way, by no mistake of mine- I'm out cash. Be careful.
