Didn’t want to leave this review because I’ve always had great service here…..But today I will never shop here again!!!!!!!….Horrible service
Bad bottle smell bad only wanted to exchange…. Her customer service sucks….didn’t get her name wish I did!!!!

Went in and went straight out. Looked at me crazy and didn't offer any assistance. Even though they are another nationality, it seems as though they do not like African Americans in their establishment. It's all good. Just put a sign up next time. I truly hope I'm wrong but I'm do not recommend ✌?✌?✌?✌?

I ordered a keg and paid up front a security deposit for their tap, this was through the owner herself.I come back for the scheduled pickup time, but the cashier doesn't know how to sell me the keg or write a permit for me to take their tap. Finally they call the owner to explain, but we can't understand her. So the employee called another coworker who could actually explain it to them.I returned the empty keg the next day, this time a different employee says they don't know how to refund my deposit. This time no help from the owner, I have to come back the next day at 5 to get my money.I came back the next day and she left at 4:30. I still haven't gotten my security deposit, I guess it wasn't very secure.If the owner won't train her employees, could she at least give them a heads up that she scheduled this keg? I paid hundreds of dollars, and both visits the employees acted like I was speaking a different language.On a good note, with 2 days notice they got me a keg of delicious beer and their party tap worked perfect. No complaints on the product, just lazy ownership who won't communicate with her employees.
