The selection of boots were mostly made in the USA. The value of the the boots cost very on what brand what you are looking for. I got some Carolina boots and they work as advertised water proof. I'm not an iron worker I work at a landscaping company and they work like a charm. The service was great the lady helped us out immediately awesome service. They had a wide selection of FR clothing.

This place is a jokeeee, do not waste your money! Take your business elsewhere, you’ll be doing yourself a favor. My husband bought a pair of Thorogood’s paid 250$. He bought them on Saturday, and brought them back Monday because something is wrong with the soles. The owner was not present at the store, and therefore nobody “could do anything”. The owner must be present to decide if the boots are “eligible” for return or exchange. A $250 pair of boots. Not eligible for exchange because my husband wore them for ONE DAY. We live over an hour away. They wanted us to come back the next day before 11am so the owner, Larry could decide. And may still decide he can’t take them back or even exchange. An absolute joke. Take your money somewhere else.

Had a warranty issue on a pair of thorogood boots. First the lady tries to tell me that it’s been over 6 months. I showed her the email correspondence with Thorogood and they said they’re warranted up to a year. She then tells me that she can’t do anything about, that the owner has to do it. Wanted to keep my work boots in order to show the owner. Since they’re my only pair of work boots, I needed them for work since this was my only day off. So she took pics of where the sole was delaminating from the boot and said she’d show the owner. I’m sorry but that is unacceptable, gas is over $4 per gallon and I’m expected to waste more of my time because the owner needs to see the issue? Anyone in the boot business can look at it and see that it’s a manufacturing defect. Poor business practices, this will be the last purchase I make from them. UPDATE: I notified Thorogood, they had me send them the boots. Said yes, it is a manufacturing defect and issued a new pair of boots. Unfortunately I still had to buy a new pair of boots in order to send those ones in. All this could’ve been avoided if Poe & Sons would’ve just taken care of it. If you’re qualified to sell the boots, you should be qualified to warranty them.

What happened to this place? I used to get all my work gear from this place. They were the friendliest people. You walk in now and get nothing but attitude from everyone. Talking to someone about a pair of boots in like pulling teeth here. Zero help from anyone here. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They couldn't even tell me my boots were not available after I came in ordered them then called three times after checking in the status. Business like this is the reason for the death of small business in America.

Just spent almost 500.00 just to get a very unprofessionalism from the store manager! I almost decided to take everything back inside and get the money back but I decided to just contact the corporate office about it. Manager needs better training to deal with any customers.

First time there went for my son. Very attentive service and not at all pushy. Highly recommend this shop for boots and/or clothing for the labor force.

Was there around 12:30 on Saturday. Women very unprofessional “rude”. It says on your door face mask required. Still a women came in and asked if she needed one. The women working there said no and That’s just the owner being unreasonable. We are right by a clinic. Im not going to enforce that rule. I picked out three different boots each one didn’t have in my size. Waste of time stopping there. Definitely won’t be back to deal with that woman again. I’ll make sure to tell my union brothers.
