Dr. Andi Arnautovuc has terrible bed side manner. Treats his male patients like garbage. He would get zero stars. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the rest of the staff at this location. Especially Michelle at the front desk!

My son had a bad infection on his ear and it had gotten worse over the weekend. NorthShore was able to get him in, with a same day appointment. NP Amy was nice and gentle with my 6 year old. She prescribed 2 prescriptions and it immediately helped with the pain. Just as she stated.Very much appreciated!!

I would recommend this place 100 times over. Victoria McMahon and Spencer Simpson are PHENOMENAL! They listen with the intention to help, they never overlook you or your thoughts on your health. By far one of the best places for great medical care. I am so thankful!
