The phamrmacy assistant/tech was so very rude when I asked if they had a prescription in stock. Don’t be quick to judge based on a medication. As soon as I said the medication and tried to show you the digital script in my patient file your whole attitude changed. I’ve been on that medication long before the industry deemed it “bad”.
I’m a doctor and I didn’t even pull that card out on you. I will never send anything to your pharmacy based on the way you treat an “average” person. Company policy or not do not waste a doctor/doctors offices time or a patients time by not telling them you can’t say you have a medication in stock. Every other pharmacy will let you know except yours. There is no reason for this.
Do you know how that makes patients feel when treated like that? For some people that might be the last straw for them. Luckily I have thicker skin than that. Next time think before you speak and judge people. I always say I can’t wait until you are in that position. Then maybe you will have a little more empathy.

"A roadblock to getting your medication" should be their new slogan.

The worst pharmacy ! Takes 4 days to get a script that I've been on for 10 years. It should be reordered every month. We're short staffed and that's my problem...NO

My first visit with Meijer pharmacy. I was pleased how quickly prescription was filled. BUT I was very disappointed witnessing two pharmacy employees making derogatory comments about a customer in the drive through.

Wonderful pharmacy employees. A young woman went above and beyond to get my medication cost down. I already had goodrx off and it was still high but she searched for more coupons without me having to ask her too. She was an answer to prayer. Thank you Meijer staff you are all wonderful!!!

I have been trying to get my medicine filled since I got the script. I was told to dispose of the old medicine (did not tell me I had to physically hand her the bottle) and then I could get my script. I went into the kiosk to dispose the medicine and the pharmacist said she would have it filled that night. I go to get my medicine the next morning and they still don't have my medicine filled. The pharmacist canceled my script again after she started to fill it. Now through this whole process not one pharmacist has called me about what's going on. They do not want to help you here. Never in my life have I had problems with my medicine until I came here. I have been without my new medicine now for a few days and am told I am to wait another 15 days to get it. It's never the customer comes first or about customer service. I would recommend going to a different pharmacy if you need medicine filled every month. Customer service there is not about the customer at all.

Any pharmacy that TAKES my reservation(s) for a vaccine better be damn sure that they actually HAVE the vaccine. My wife and I made reservations for the Covid Booster. Get there and they tell us they've never even gotten initial supplies on it.SO WHY ARE YOU TAKING RESERVATIONS THEN? You've lost my business Meijer. And if you're reading this, they should lose your business as well.

Every month we have trouble filling my sister in law Dawn's medication. They send her a text that ? her prescriptions are ready and when she gets there, they tell her it out of stock ?.This week they said the Merrillville pharmacy has it in stock , ? but that's 30 minutes away. And she is afraid of driving that far. They need to realize that people with mental health problems can't go without having their medication and that this causes severe stress ? and anxiety with them.I recommend switching to CVS Pharmacy.

Good luck getting your meds here. I had no problems previously, until early May. The pharmacist that deals with controlled substance meds plays doctor, will interfere with you and your doctors medication management, confront you with their bias excuses why they're denying your meds in front of others, will not care you go through withdrawals, and when you are persistent, she will start interfering with your other medications!!!! I'll be contacting higher ups, BBB, and an attorney, as well as the DA, if this pharmacist continues to deny me my medication, and make sure she is out of this type of work. You're not a doctor. Fill peoples scripts. That's your job. If you don't feel comfortable filling someone's prescriptions, get out of this line of work then! That's not your job to make that decision! Your discrimination attitude is rude and heartless. I have had my intestines altered and do not absorb medication like everyone else!! Fill scripts , stop playing doctor! My doctor knows my medical history, YOU DO NOT.
