My experience at Mattress Firm Portage was a good one. Kyle was a great sales person. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend this store if your in the market for a mattress. And a good deal.

Store number #119243 our sales person Kyle was very resourceful and very respectful. Held conversations well, deserves a raise too. On a serious note did help me and my wife to compromise on a bed.

Kyle was amazing!! He was friendly and knowledgeable, taking my needs into consideration. I have back, neck and shoulder issues so finding the perfect one for me was crucial. Kyle was the sales person we delt with. He was very much on top of his game. He knew the products really well, and was great to deal with. He was able to answer all of our questions. Also gave us space, to be able to go through on our own and talk. He got us in to a great new mattress and base. I would definitely recommend going to see Kyle, if your in the market for a mattress or base.
