it would be nice to have the car wash working properly, the hand spray has not worked in a long time and they put soap on your car before any pre rinse water goes on your vehicle. The attendants should not be put in a position that they should inform the customer in adbvance.

I met a real nice cashier, she was very helpful. Their coffee had 3 different colored coffee pots. Orange for de-caf, then red & blue??? The helpful cashier explained which was which. I got the right coffee and it was good. Good selection of snacks and other foods. This place has a car wash, I didn't get to use it.

The only reason I buy anything here is because it's the first bathroom off the tollway and skyway. But for months now, this place has had either an ice cream storage machine or mops blocking the bathrooms.Not very Happy that there's literally no change in the bathroom or at LEAST an update. Its really annoying as I liked what Luke had to buy in terms of food/drinks, but until they get the bathrooms fixed or actually let customers use them, I can't make a stop here realistically.

Horrible interaction on the phone when speaking to the woman that picked. I was nothing but nice asking about a product they sell and she said no and immediately hung up on me. I called back to see if I can get the phone number of the other Luke that’s in portage and she didn’t answer. Unbelievably rude woman.

Employees were great. But no soap in either bathroom. How are your employees supposed to wash their hands with none? It's not only a safety concern for the customers, but your employees as well. It's worrisome for a company to have that low of concern for their employees health.

I literally just left. Got gas. Came around for a wash. There was a guy on each side when I pulled in. The one on the passenger’s side needlessly came to the other side to stare at me. I went to the vacuums he came out there to “sweep”. While I was vacuuming my daughter said he was looking at my a** the entire time. Get ahold of yourself, creep.

It is a gas station. They had gas. Also a convenient store with basic essentials.
