The remodel is nice. They could use more handicap accessible areas as bathrooms are only accessible if someone hold the door. I had to wait while a non disabled employee was using the only one for handicap and young children.
It’s more of a hang out for young girls who shop

Sephora is biggest department in the Portage Indiana Kohls store. . Clothing departments are very sparse as are home good departments. Very disappointing to shop this store. Only reason to visit this location is for Amazon returns.

Kohl's are definitely the same everywhere. They have an ample stock of clothing, bedding, bath, kitchen, and household items. They send out coupons with various percentages of discounts of your purchase items. These coupons don't apply to everything, so be careful. We found that most of their items are overpriced to compensate for the potential discounts. They also give you Kohl's cash based on the amount of your purchase to be used in the store in a specific time frame. I refer to it as come on cash to get you back in the store.

This store is very clean and organized. The associates are friendly and helpful. Kim at the checkouts was very nice and helpful with the best discounts!
