Horrible. I have done my tax returns with hr block for more then 10 yrs and I never had a problem. I come to this location in portage and Ms. Jetta Lewis was assigned to help. She was clearly told it was for the advice loan. I showed her a w2 from 2022 asked if she needed it she said no check stub only. She still processed to try to file 2022 w2. After I told her again it’s for the loan she looked at me and said “ur time is up, you only had 30min.” So unprofessional. I never had this issue, a 30min window or get off the chair really is this how y’all are doing things now?

Two different so called tax professionals worked on my advance, first didn't put my total income in and also did not add numbers correctly. Second one didn't put my social security in right and got denied again. Beyond incompetent!!! I will never use H&R again!!!!
