Went in to buy some chips are was not greeted by the worker. I was standing at the other register because I didn’t know which one the clerk was using. She walked to the opposite register not telling me that she can help me at this register. She never greeted me or asked the normal question can I help you with anything else. So I said HELLO! She never gave eye contact she seemed as if she didn’t want to service me and was rude. I asked where do I put my number in so I can get my points and she gave me an attitude and said it will pop up very rudely. Before I left out the store she walked away from the register and didn’t say have a nice evening. Go figure her name is Karen! Smh I think someone needs better customer service training.

I gave this station a 5 star rating because everyone working here is so friendly and helpful except for one. Karen, who was working on 4/20/2024 at 7:00pm, is the most unfriendly and unpleasant person I’ve seen in a long time. She acts like she hates her job and that I was bothering her by walking in the door. This is not the first time I have encountered her and her attitude. Someone needs to have a chat with her because she shouldn’t be the face of Family Express.

I come to this gas station a lot on my way to work and Ali always makes sure to greet me with a smile! She’s the best manager! I always look forward to seeing her and the store is always very clean!

Went to cash in $14 in lottery tickets Was greeted but a lady who clearly didn’t want to be there. I was talking to her while I was being waited on. After she handed me my cash I was still talking to her when she walked away and rudely said have a good day(with a hint of sarcasm)Not very family like if you ask me. I wonder if she ever reads the plaque on the wall that’s in every store. I really hope the management or someone at a corporate level (like Gus) sees this. Very disappointed!10-1-23 @ 6:10 a.m.

Nicole is rude as hell. Made a comment about people from Gary being crazy and the customer in front of me was like yeah I guess. And she proceeded to tell her she was bad for business for the volunteer group she works with. Definitely will not be back due to Nicole’s attitude

One worker specifically sandy ruined my Father’s Day I came to get a pet wash and asked a question and was greeted with a lady that didn’t want to be there and was disrespectful I usually go to the family express by Camelot manor and have no problems

Big site. This one has a pet cleaner. Aside from that is a gas station. Bathrooms are fairly clean also.
